Mantu Overbeck

Manuel “Mantu” Overbeck is a music executive, A&R professional, strategist and founder of
the Artist Breakthrough System. With more than 20 years of experience in the music
industry, his background includes almost a decade at Universal Music Germany and
leadership roles at Get Physical Music, Guesstimate, 1st Strike and UrbanVolution. He has
supported artist and label development, including work around Alle Farben, and taught
music management at SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences. Today he helps electronic
artists, DJs and producers identify the real bottleneck in their careers, set clear priorities and
turn strategy into focused execution.
