Artist Circle

Artist Circle is a new format inspired by the Music Pool Berlin community. It offers musicians a safe and supportive space to connect, share experiences and strengthen one another.

The focus is on topics such as mental health, resilience, and developing sustainable ways to navigate the challenges of a career in music.

Together, we create space for open conversations about the pressures of working in the music industry, self-doubt, self-care, and strategies for building a healthy and sustainable long-term career.

Our experts cover a wide range of topics – from artist development and career planning to contract checks, marketing, release strategies and more.

A coaching consists of a 2-hour individual consultation with one of our experts. Thanks to our funding, we can offer these sessions at a subsidized rate. The contribution fee is 30 € per coaching session.

Artist Meetup

Once every quarter, we warmly invite you to join our Artist Meetup – a networking event for musicians and music creators.

You can apply for a 10-minute stage slot to showcase your music or present a video, receive valuable feedback from the community, and connect with potential band members, collaborators or creative partners.

Or simply come along to meet other artists, exchange ideas and expand your network. Whether you’re new to Berlin or already part of the local music scene, the Artist Meetup is a welcoming space to connect, discover new opportunities and become part of the community.

Open Sessions “Let’s talk about…” – Open Peer-2-Peer Exchange for Musicians

The Music Pool Open Sessions are an open small-group exchange format for artists and music professionals who want to connect, share questions, and learn from one another. At the core of the sessions are conversations on equal footing, new perspectives, and a shared exchange about working in today’s music industry.

The sessions offer space for practical questions, open discussions, mutual support, and fresh ideas. They welcome both artists and music professionals who are new to Berlin as well as those already active in the music scene who want to share experiences and develop sustainable perspectives for careers together.

Music Pool – LISTENING SESSIONS

The Music Pool Listening Sessions are a professionally facilitated feedback format for musicians and producers.

Hosted in different recording studios across Berlin, each session brings together artists and experienced producers to listen to original tracks in a high-quality studio environment, analyze them together, and explore their artistic potential.

The focus is on constructive feedback, practical insights, and open exchange about production, arrangement, sound, and artistic direction. The sessions provide a space for reflection, networking, and the further development of musical work in a professional, supportive, and respectful atmosphere.

The musical focus of each session is shaped by the profile of the hosting studio and the participating producers, resulting in sessions that reflect a variety of genres, approaches, and creative perspectives.
