Ariane Petschow

Ariane Petschow is a marketing and mental health consultant working in the music and creative industries. She supports companies, leaders and artists in building visibility and sustainable growth by combining strategic marketing with mental health. Her focus is on developing vibrant cultures and stories that help people stay creative, connected and mentally healthy.

Before founding her own consultancy, Ari worked as Head of Growth at MusicHub and gained experience at Vivendi and various smaller music industry startups. She has worked closely with artists including No Angels, Lena and The BossHoss, as well as numerous emerging artists. Her expertise includes growth strategy, brand development and community development, with a strong focus on the people behind the music and a mission to make the industry fairer, healthier and more human.

As a speaker, mentor and coach, she regularly contributes to events such as Reeperbahn Festival, Most Wanted: Music and c/o pop. In talks, panels and workshops, she explores mental health in the music industry, sustainable growth and creative empowerment.

Ari studied Musicology, Media and Cultural Analysis, and Business Administration in Berlin and Stockholm. As a DIY creator, she combines creativity and mindfulness and is also a passionate metal fan who regularly attends concerts and festivals.
