With the Community Music conference, the State Academy of Music in Berlin addresses a topic that has been discussed in recent years in music schools, youth centers, refugee accommodations, and Berlin’s neighborhoods, and has now established itself as an umbrella term for “music for all.”

The one-day event gives a voice to key figures in community music, offers practical workshops, and fosters connections for existing and new projects.
