Der dritte Artist Circle der Reihe „Stimme im Kopf\, Kraft im Körper: Mentale Resilienz für Musiker:innen“ richtet den Blick auf nachhaltige Resilienz im Musikerinnen-Alltag: Wie kann ich langfristig kreativ bleiben\, ohne mich dauerhaft zu überfordern? \nIm Fokus stehen Themen wie Erschöpfung\, Vergleiche\, kreative Blockaden und der Umgang mit äußeren Erwartungen. Durch angeleitete Reflexionen\, Austausch und praktische Übungen entwickeln die Teilnehmerinnen persönliche Strategien für mehr innere Stabilität\, Selbstfürsorge und Klarheit im kreativen Alltag. \nDer Circle versteht sich als ressourcenorientierte „Taschentherapie“ – als niedrigschwellige mentale Unterstützung und Überbrückung der Wartezeit auf einen Therapieplatz\, ohne therapeutische Behandlung zu ersetzen.
