SUMMARY:Artist Meetup at Most Wanted: Music
DESCRIPTION:Thank you to Most Wanted: Music for inviting us to host our next Artist Meetup as part of the MW:M Club Festival on RAW-Gelände. \nThe Artist Meetup is a regular networking format for musicians in Berlin\, bringing together artists across scenes and genres to connect\, exchange ideas\, find new collaborations\, and build supportive structures. At the core of the Artist Meetup is a stage program featuring eight short presentations & performances\, where artists share insights into their current work. \nEach participating artist has 10 minutes to perform (usually two songs or tracks\, sometimes a music video or other presentation). Many use the stage at a point in time\, where they are actively looking for collaborators – for example\, they have just released an album and are looking for a drummer or bassist to tour it. With many musicians coming out to the artist meetup\, your future collaborators may be in the audience. \nTo apply for a stage performance at the upcoming Artist Meetup\, please apply via our application form by 16 October 2026. \nThe Artist Meetup takes place at the BIMM rehearsal stage at House of Music. After the show\, we will all move next door together to Treehouse for the networking part\, to chat\, get to know each other\, and connect. \nWe are looking forward to an open and lively exchange — across different scenes\, interests\, and levels of experience. \nThe Artist Meetup is a great opportunity to experience a great show\, get to know new music\, meet musicians from different scenes\, and find future collaborations. \nDoors: 20:00\nStart: 20:30 \nREGISTRATION: To attend\, please register (for free) via MW:M here: LINK

SUMMARY:"Let’s talk about… Doing it together: Sharing contacts\, stages and resources" – Open Peer-to-Peer Exchange for Musicians
DESCRIPTION:Moderated by: Melissa Perales \nMelissa Perales is a Music Pool Berlin consultant and board member\, curator\, promoter and cultural worker who has been active in Berlin’s independent music scene since the 1990s. Through her M series\, she has been promoting concerts and putting artists on stages across Berlin since 2004. \nAbout the Session\nThe group session “Let’s talk about…” expands Music Pool Berlin’s consulting work into a small-group format focused on exchange\, reflection and shared learning. \nWho could you team up with to organise a show\, reach listeners in another city or develop a project together? What could you offer another artist—and what support would help you move forward? \nFollowing our session on booking your own shows\, this conversation takes the next step: exploring how artists can create opportunities together. From sharing stages and contacts to pooling equipment\, exchanging skills and developing joint funding ideas\, we’ll look at what cooperation can mean in practice. \nParticipants are invited to bring a real idea\, need or resource to the table. Together\, we’ll explore where interests connect\, identify potential collaborators and discuss realistic first steps. \nMelissa will share perspectives from her work as a consultant\, promoter and curator\, including how to approach potential collaborators\, establish clear expectations and develop projects that benefit everyone involved. \nYou do not need to have attended the previous session to take part. \nWhat We’ll Explore\n\nSharing stages and opportunities: Joint bills\, co-organised concerts and reciprocal shows across cities.\nExchanging contacts and knowledge: Connecting with venues\, promoters and networks through thoughtful introductions.\nPooling resources: Sharing equipment\, transport\, production skills and promotional work.\nDeveloping projects together: Collaborating with other artists\, cafés\, studios\, community spaces and exploring joint funding opportunities.\nMaking cooperation work: Agreeing on responsibilities\, fees\, costs and realistic commitments to turn ideas into action.\n\nHow the Session Works\nThe session combines practical input from Melissa with moderated peer-to-peer exchange and time to explore possible collaborations. \nEach participant is invited to share: \n\nSomething they want to make happen.\nSomething they can offer.\nSomething they need support with.\n\nTogether\, we’ll identify connections within the group and potential partners beyond it. \nSession Structure\n1. Check-in & Introductions — 20 min\nSharing goals\, resources and needs. \n2. What Makes Cooperation Work? — 20 min\nPractical examples\, shared interests\, realistic commitments and clear agreements. \n3. Finding Connections — 30 min\nMapping ideas and resources to identify possible collaborations. \n4. Developing a First Step — 35 min\nWorking in pairs or small groups to explore concrete ideas\, responsibilities and next actions. \n5. Closing & Follow-through — 15 min\nDefining one concrete next step and opportunities to stay connected. \nThe aim is for everyone to leave with a clearer next step\, whether that means exploring a shared project\, making an introduction or arranging a follow-up conversation. \nAll experience levels are welcome. Please bring one idea or challenge\, something you could offer others and a willingness to exchange. \nSharing contacts is voluntary; thoughtful introductions are welcome.

SUMMARY:Music Pool Listening Session x SLOMO Studio
DESCRIPTION:Music Pool Listening Sessions \nThe Music Pool Listening Sessions are a professionally facilitated exchange format for musicians and producers. \nAt different Berlin studios\, artists meet experienced producers to listen to their own songs in a professional studio environment\, analyse them together and explore ways to develop them further. \nThe focus is on constructive feedback\, practical input and exchanging ideas about production\, arrangement\, sound and artistic qualities. The sessions create space for reflection\, networking and the further development of musical work in a professional and supportive atmosphere. \nThe musical focus of each session is shaped by the profile of the host studio and the participating producers. \n  \nMusic Pool Listening Session x SLOMO Studio\nWith SPOKE\nWednesday\, November 18\, 2026 \nStart: 6:00 pm\nModeration: Andrea Goetzke / Music Pool Berlin \nFor the second edition of the Listening Sessions\, we are guests at SLOMO STUDIO\, hosted by Berlin-based producer and sound engineer SPOKE. Together with SPOKE\, participants will explore the art of critical listening and the ways thoughtful feedback can enrich creative processes. Rather than striving for perfection\, the focus is on development. \nParticipants are invited to bring along their own tracks for a collaborative listening session\, discussing everything from sound selection\, composition\, and arrangement to sound design\, mixing\, and production decisions. \nBeyond developing technical skills\, the workshop also highlights the often-overlooked ability to share unfinished work\, embrace constructive criticism\, and use the perspective of an »outside ear« as a creative tool. Where does a track already shine? Which ideas still have room to grow? And how can creative blocks be turned into productive breakthroughs? \nSPOKE is a Berlin-based producer\, beatmaker and sound engineer working across genres including hip-hop\, grime\, UK garage\, drum & bass\, Jersey club and experimental electronic music. Alongside solo work and collaborations\, SPOKE has been creating safe and empowering spaces for queer\, trans and women artists in the music scene at their own studio for many years. SLOMO STUDIO focuses on vocal recording\, music production and skill development for artists and producers.\nIn 2020\, SPOKE received a production grant from Musicboard Berlin and was nominated for the Preis für Popkultur in 2023. \n@spoke.slomostudio \nA total of 6 participants can take part in this session. \nLanguage: German / English \nAfter registration (participation fee €15)\, all participants will submit one song they would like to discuss with SPOKE and the other participants during the session. Please submit the song as a WAV file whenever possible\, or alternatively as an MP3 at a minimum of 320 kbps. After registration and before the session\, a separate email will be sent with information on how to upload the song. \nAs the Listening Sessions are limited to a small group\, please only register if you are able to attend. If you need to cancel\, please let us know in good time so that someone else can take your place.

SUMMARY:Leise bleiben im Lärm Fokus: Grenzen\, Kreativität & nachhaltige Resilienz
DESCRIPTION:Coach: Susanne Geisler \nKomponistin\, Songwriterin\, Juristin\, Kreativcoach für neurodivergente Künstler:innen\, Musik für Film und TV\, Synästhetische Komponistin \nSprache: Deutsch \nZwischen permanenter Sichtbarkeit\, Leistungsanspruch und kreativer Selbstorganisation bleibt oft wenig Raum für Regeneration.
