How can successful creative collaborations between both industries be developed? And what are key legal considerations to keep in mind? How do music supervision and sync management work\, from both music and film perspectives? What impact does AI have on the creative process and the wider industry? \nAfter two keynotes  by our speakers Tara Nome Doyle\, singer/songwriter and composer\, and Ingrid Yeboah\, lawyer specialising in copyright and media law\, you will have the opportunity to discuss specific questions with them\, along with other experienced professionals and exchange with participants in a series of round table sessions. Martin  Hossbach offers insights into his work as a music supervisor for arthouse films and series and shares how he approaches pricing and publishing. Alongside this\, he works as an agent representing film composers.\nComposing for film and digital music production\nHow do digital tools change scoring? Singer-songwriter and composer Tara Nome Doyle (score for “Rose” starring Sandra Hüller) and HFF Babelsberg film music lecturer Chandra Fleig explore the creative and technical worlds behind modern scoring.\nFilmmakers and composers in collaboration\nWhat happens when composers and filmmakers meet and embark on an artistic journey together? You can discuss this and other questions with Adrian Figueroa (director) and Ketan Bhatti (composer). Bhatti has composed several scores and the two are currently working together on the score for Figueroa’s first feature film.\nLegal questions at the intersection of music & film and AI\nWhat is the current state of jurisdiction on AI use in music and film? In this roundtable with Ingrid Yeboah you have the chance to discuss this and other questions. She is a lawyer\, specializing in copyright and media law and primarily working with creatives.\nNew worlds\, new collectives – two best practices \nHow do multimedia studios bring moving image and sound together and what do their creative collaborations look like? This roundtable presents Martix Navrot of Studio Age3000\, a young and innovative game design studio with a connection to music\, with Sebastian Huber of schnellebuntebilder\, an established studio with award-winning audio-visual installations and large multimedia projects.\n\nNote on Accessibility: \nThe event takes place at Podewil in Berlin-Mitte. The Klosterstraße subway station\, located directly in front of Podewil\, is equipped with an elevator. The main entrance to Podewil is accessible via a ramp and an elevator. The back entrance can be reached via another ramp.
