Many artists find themselves holding the overview\, managing multiple tasks and “hats”\, navigating tensions\, and keeping things moving alone\, often without feeling seen or supported. \nThis workshop offers practical tools for artists who carry responsibility in complex creative environments. We will explore how to communicate more clearly\, regulate emotions in challenging group dynamics\, and create more sustainable ways of working together. \nWith Simon Hoffmann\, Berlin-based cellist and systemic coach.
