DESCRIPTION:First steps on professional stages \nWe’ll be covering all steps how to book\, advance and play your first shows on a professional level.\nStarting from how to write a booking inquiry mail and what kind of show to book\, we’ll move through the process of securing the deal\, advancing the production and creating your own technical rider to organizing the day of show.\nWe’ll cover all terminology and get you stage ready at the end of the workshop. \nWe will make sure that by the end of the workshop: \n– you have a Tech-Rider ready that is clear\, understandable and contains all the necessary info\n– you will know how to write booking inquiries that you actually get answers on\n– you’ve learned all the essential vocabulary to plan your show\n– you will know all the roles involved what’s their individual job\n– we will have covered „gig-etiquette“\, the dos and don’ts on stage and backstage\n– you will have learned how to make the most out of your soundcheck time\n– you’ll be aware of the different deal structures\, what’s a good offer and how to make sure the deal is closed\n– you will have learned how to schedule the whole day including traveling\, accommodation booking etc.\n– and of course we will take our time to answer all of your questions also regarding production and technical background
